Main Features:
- The Technology is mainly to generate the compressed air by the roots blower,to transmit it to the bottom of pond by the pipe, becoming the tiny bubbles by aeration disc or aeration tube and to extend the contacting area between air and water, to increase dissolved oxygen in water. It is specially suitable for deep water farming and industrial waste water treatment aeration as well.
- It adopts the high efficiency clover roots blower, which will save more energy and electricity than the traditional two clover roots blower. The compressed air generated by the roots blower can be used as the air source of wind send remote feeder machine.
Configuration Instruction:
- The root blower is belong to volumetric blower, to confirm the blower RPM is to confirm the blower flow.The pressure of the blower will effect the motor power(the higher the pressure, the greater the power; the lower the pressure, the smaller the power).
- The quantity of the aeration pipe hole(aeration pipe length) will affect the operating pressure of the blower. The pressure of the blower is higher than the water pressure (usually it will 10% higher than the water pressure), it will be the economic pressure of the aeration. The customer can choose the length of the aeration pipe according to the actual condition.
