Main Features
- Through several years' ivestigation and the feeback from our customers,we found out the main reason to cause aerators breakdown is the damage of motor and gear. To solve these two problems, Chengyue impeller aerator is designed with the following features:
- 1. There is a protector installed in the motor, and the switch would turn off automatically when the three -phase power supply lost one phase or the motor is too hot, to protect the motor from burning out accidentally.
- 2. Gear is made of chromium-manganese-titanium alloy steel with carbonitriding treatment, which has long life span.
- 3. Adopted patented technology without welding assembled impeller or integral impeller, stable operation, non-acentric and convenient transportation.
- 4. According to the different operation environment and the special requirements of users, plastic impeller and stainless steel impeller are available to choose, enable to use in the seawater or corrosive industrial wastewater for a long time, without frequent replacement of the imeller or repaint.
