Main Features
- Simplicity: Simple and flexible operation. The control panel offers both manual operation and smart remote control via smartphone, allowing users to freely set feed quantity, feeding intervals, feeding duration, and scheduled power on/off times. It is equipped with an infrared sensor that automatically shuts down the machine after 5 minutes if no feed is detected, as well as manual power on/off and feed mixing options.
- Scientific: Intelligent 360-degree rotating feed distribution ensures timed, metered, and uniform feeding. The wide coverage area allows fish and shrimp to feed in a dispersed and even manner, reducing the risk of oxygen deficiency and minimizing stress. This design prevents injury to fish, shrimp, and frogs, making it ideal for high-density, large-scale aquaculture.
- Safety: The feed-dispensing motor uses a three-phase, all-copper, stainless steel, waterproof motor, equipped with a smart controller featuring protection against electric leakage, phase loss, and overload alarms, ensuring the equipment is durable and long-lasting; the feed delivery pipes are made of custom, wear-resistant, weather-resistant new materials, and the entire unit is designed using high-strength plastic-steel materials, making the product safer, lighter, easier to install, and with a longer service life.
- Quiet Operation: Every aspect—from material selection and manufacturing to appearance, operation, and functionality—has undergone comprehensive professional research, design, and production. The unique design ensures minimal motor noise during operation, making the system ultra-quiet.
- Energy-Efficient: The network version features a four-cycle intelligent feeding design. Users can use a smartphone to set timed feeding durations (1–8 segments), shutdown settings, and the start/stop times for each feeding cycle. Feeding duration and interval times are configured via the control panel, saving electricity.
- No Feed Breakage: The feeder uses air-conveyed material delivery, with 360-degree dispersion that prevents feed breakage, reducing powder loss by approximately 3–5 jin per bag.
- No Platform Required: The equipment is installed in a feed room or on the pond bank. The warehouse-style feeding system eliminates the need for a platform, making loading more convenient and safer while saving on platform construction costs. Feed is transported via pipes to the center of the pond for feeding, saving labor, time, and effort. This also overcomes the issue of feed oxidation and spoilage caused by high-temperature storage in silos.
- Wide Feeding Coverage: 360-degree rotation ensures comprehensive and uniform feeding, covering a wider area. The feeding diameter ranges from approximately 1 to 50 meters, with selectable discharge angles of 90°, 120°, 180°, and 360°. Conveyance distances are available in specifications of 6, 20, 30, 40, and 50 meters.
