The working principle of the water wheel aerator:
An electric motor powers the water wheel aerator.
A reducer slows the motor’s speed.
The slowed power drives the impeller.
The impeller’s blades sit in the water.
Some blades are partly submerged.
Others are fully submerged.During rotation, when the blade enters the water, it strikes the water surface, causing water splashes and pushing air into the water. At the same time, it generates a strong force that pushes the surface water to the bottom of the pool and pushes the water to flow backward. When the blade is perpendicular to the water surface, it creates a force parallel to the water surface, forming a directed flow. When the blade is about to leave the water, negative pressure forms on its back.
This negative pressure lifts water from the lower layer.
As the blade leaves the water, it lifts water from the blade bend and its surface.
Centrifugal force pushes this water further upward into the air.
This creates strong water splashes and droplets.
These splashes and droplets dissolve a large amount of air into the water. The airflow generated by the impeller rotation can also accelerate the dissolution of air.

- No motor heating setting: During the water spraying process, it passes through the motor, and the motor and reducer box are cooled by water, ensuring that the motor does not heat up for a long time and can work for a long time without being damaged.
